Your Room

Inside the wardrobe in your room you will find a safe which you can use free of charge. The hotel is not responsible for the theft or loss of objects not properly deposited inside the hotel.


Establish a personal opening code

  1. Press the M button on the inside of the safe door.
  2. Enter a 4-digit code on the keypad on the outside of the door, then press #.

If you need to use the wake-up service, contact Reception (Tel.: 100) and inform us about the time you want the wake-up call.

If you don’t want to be disturbed, hang the sign on the outside doorknob of your bedroom door. Keep in mind that the cleaning service is from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., so if you have the Do Not Disturb sign on, daily cleaning will not be carried out. However, at reception we have fresh towels and amenities in case you need more.

If you want a towel, extra pillow or any special request related to room service, contact reception directly (Tel.: 100).

Room cleaning is daily from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

The towels and bath linen in the room are for the exclusive use inside the room. It is not allowed to take and / or take any piece of clothing out of the room.

Towels are available in the gym and spa area for specific use in those facilities. If you need more, you can request it at reception.

At Hotel CMC Girona we are concerned about the protection and improvement of the environment, promoting practices to reduce water consumption and the amount of chemical products; if it is necessary to have your bed linen and/or towels changed, please contact reception.

If you wish to clean or iron one or more items of clothing, place them in the laundry bag in the wardrobe in your room and place it on the bed or on the desk. When housekeeping cleans your room, he will take your laundry bag and return it directly to your room within 24 hours.

  • The washing and ironing time of the clothes is within 24 hours.
  • If you need the clothes for the same day, contact the reception so that they can ask the housekeeper if possible.

If the items listed are not sent, our list must be accepted.

Although every care is taken, the Hotel cannot be held responsible for items that may shrink or fade, buttons or trimmings that cannot withstand washing or ironing. In the event of loss or damage to laundered items, the hotel is not liable for the excess of 4 times the rate payable for laundering or dry cleaning.

In order to meet the delivery deadline it is necessary to drop off the clothes before 11:00 am.

All hotel rooms have AIR CONDITIONING and HEATING that is activated depending on the time of year.

If you open any door or window it will automatically stop working.

If you want to make a call to a telephone outside the hotel, you must contact reception to make the connection. Below you can see the prices per minute of the calls:

The hotel is provided with a gym and a spa area which are free.


In compliance with Royal Decree-Law 1/2023, of February 28, the spa’s hot tub will be temporarily out of service, as will the gym’s showers.

The opening hours of the gym are from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. and they can access freely; there you will find towels and a water source for your use.

The spa consists of a sauna and a hot tub. To access, it is essential that you make a prior reservation at reception. The first entrance is at 11 a.m. and the last one at 8:00 p.m. You have 1 hour to enjoy the space, where you also have a changing room and fresh towels. After the hour, you must vacate the space for the next guest.

We also have different massages that you can consult at reception and are offered upon prior reservation.

We remind you that minors must be accompanied at all times by an adult. However, the access to the wellness area for children under 14 years old is not recommended, and at all times they must be under the supervision of an adult who will be responsible for the minor.

To help protect the environment and reduce waste production, we do not have all the amenities on display in the rooms, but you can request them at any time from the chambermaid or the hotel reception. Find below the different amenities that we have available:

You can also request more shower gel, shampoo, body cream, towels, sanitaty pads, bathrobe or slippers.

To activate the electrical current in your room, you must insert the key in the card holder next to the entrance door.

When leaving your room, we appreciate that you remove the key from the card holder to minimize electricity consumption and thus help the environment.

You should know that the socket next to the desk always has power, so if you leave the room and want to leave an electrical device connected, you can do so in that socket.

If you need a universal power adapter, you can request it at reception, as well as mobile phone charger cables.

  • Do not leave the tap open: turn it off when not in use
  • A shower is better than a bathtub: to reduce the use of the bathtub, we have removed the plugs, but you can ask for one at reception if you see fit
  • Reuse towels: you can avoid changing them every day by leaving them hanging
  • Use the short button in the toilet
  • Reduce the frequency of changing sheets: you can request that your room not be made up

Breakfast is served on the mezzanine of the hotel (letter E of the elevator). You can book your breakfast in advance at reception or go directly to the breakfast room. We have a full buffet breakfast with a wide variety of drinks, cold meats, cereals, pastries and freshly made bread, fruit, yogurt, and show cooking service where they prepare scrambled eggs, vegetables or sausages at the moment.

In the breakfast room you can enjoy the buffet or request a la carte service, where you will be charged according to consumption.

Early Express Breakfast!

If you are one of the early risers and you plan to leave the hotel before 7:00 in the morning, you can request at reception that they prepare a take-away breakfast for you. This way you don’t miss the most important meal of the day. You can request it until 10:00 p.m. and pick it up the next day at the hotel reception.

The restaurant is also open to external clients of the hotel, so you can come with other colleagues. We recommend making a reservation in advance if you are a large group.

The hotel bar is located next to the restaurant, on the ground floor of the hotel (lift 0 – Reception). The opening hours are from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. You can taste a wide selection of drinks in our lounge bar. Remember that from 7:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. you have a cafeteria service available in the breakfast room (mezzanine, floor E of the elevator).

If you forsee you’ll arrive before 15:00 and want immediate access to your room, we recommend that you book the night before in order to guarantee immediate access. Likewise, for late departures, booking an extra night guarantees that the room will be available for as long as necessary until the desired departure time. If you want to leave later than 12 noon, you can request the late check-out option at reception (€10/hour, subject to availability).

If you decide not to book, we will be happy to look after your luggage and provide you with our facilities and services for as long as necessary. 

Late check-out, subject to availability, has an additional cost of 10€/hour. For more information and bookings, please contact reception.

Express check-out! When you arrive at the hotel or at any time during your stay, you can request express check-out at reception; this way we’ll have everything ready when you leave and you only have to give us the key, thus avoiding having to wait. You can ask us for the Express check-out document at the reception, where you can tell us if you need the invoice in the name of a company or if you want us to send it to you by email.

The wellness center features a hot tub, a sauna and a gym. This service is free for our customers.

They can freely access the gym between 6:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. For the sauna and hot tub, prior reservation is required at reception (hours available from 11:00 a.m.; last entry at 8:00 p.m.

Access is not recommended for children under 14 years old.

You can ask for fresh towels at reception or pick them up at the wellness center itself. The towels in the room are for the exclusive use of the bathroom, so they cannot be removed from the room.

If you need assistance to book a taxi, or have to print your plane tickets, do not hesitate to contact our reception team who will be happy to help you. If you have any questions about the city, you want to know the main historical monuments, museums, shopping areas or restaurants, we can also make some recommendations. If you need directions to go by car, you want to know the bus schedules to visit the city or you want directions on how to get to the airport, do not hesitate to ask at front desk.

If you want to print a document, you can send it directly to info@hotelcmcgirona.com indicating your room number in the email or, if you prefer to print it yourself, you can use the computer in the lobby.

If you arrive in the city before 3:00 p.m., do not hesitate to come to the hotel and we will store your luggage in our storage room (free service) until the room is ready. On the check-out day, you must leave the room before 12:00, but you can store your bags in the luggage room for as long as you need.

If you are traveling with a bicycle, ask at reception the access to our Bike Station. It is inside our private car park where you can only access it with your room key, inside an exclusive space for cyclists where you can store your bike, repair it and clean it (this space can only be opened with previously authorized room keys).

Do not leave luggage unattended at any time, even for a short time; ask to keep it in the hotel locker.

The Wi-Fi connection is free for all guests staying at the hotel. The network and password will be provided upon arrival.

The parking is available to our customers 24 hours a day; you will be able to enter and exit with the same previously authorized room key. The price is 15€ per night and per car.

Upon check-in, a credit card will be requested as a guarantee. We accept American Express, Visa and MasterCard.

Everyone is welcome at the CMC Girona Hotel, including our four-legged friends, whether they are dogs or cats. It is essential to notify in advance so that we can prepare the room.

Pets have an additional cost of €20 per night; If you come with two pets, the second has a supplement of €10 (50% discount is applied to the second pet). For more information, please contact reception.

Our commitment is to ensure a memorable stay and experience for all our guests with maximum security. That is why we take all the necessary measures to disinfect and clean both common areas and rooms, while maintaining optimum levels of cleanliness.

We remind you that it is not possible to bring food from outside the hotel and that if you wish to eat in your room, you can request our room-service at the restaurant.

Quickly report the fire situation to reception by calling the 100 number from your room phone.

Don’t lose your cool, don’t run, don’t yell. Drop to the ground and roll if your clothing burns. Walk on all fours if there is heavy smoke.
